Purchase Conditions
All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded or transferred to another person unless otherwise stated.
Should an administrative closure be declared for the Aussois ski area due to Covid-19, your 1 to 14 day passes will be fully refunded if not used, or refunded on a pro-rata basis if partially used.
For your HMV annual passes, we ask you to refer to the conditions of use (CGVU).
If you are unable to come to Aussois due to the confinement of your place of residence (country, region or department), your tickets (1 to 14 days) will be fully refunded.
