Purchase Conditions

All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded or transferred to another person.


Only dated ski passes (4-hour to 14-day ski passes, dated pedestrian ski passes and dated Nordic ski passes) can be cancelled free of charge, without reason and fully refunded up to 30 days before the validity start date (date of receipt of email or letter).
Non-dated passes and HMV season/annual passes are not affected by this cancellation option.


In the event of an administrative closure of the Aussois ski area due to Covid-19, your 1 to 14-day ski passes will be refunded in full if not used, or pro rata if only partially used.


If you are unable to come to Aussois due to the confinement of your place of residence (country, region or department), your packages (1 to 14 days) will be refunded in full.
